Fire Extinguisher/Alarm Servicing Schools and Colleges
Fire Services Central Ltd will tailor a service package to suit your school or colleges needs. We understand your needs are different and have learnt over the years how to carry out your service or installation with the least amount of disruption to your day to day running. This normally involves arranging for maintenance work to be carried not in term time, our bespoke software records every aspect of your service and can provide detailed analysis whenever required and pre schedules your following years service on our system. Our service packages are designed to meet our clients budgets, whilst delivering a first class service, that exceeds your fire safety obligations. Our fire extinguisher maintenance options are as follows.
Basic Service Extinguishers
This is the basic package (Gauge patch, hose/horn seal & tamper indicator) free of charge with additional work, spares, discharges, refills and replacements being chargeable as per our current price list
Standard Service Alarms
This covers a twice yearly inspection and maintenance of all your Fire Alarm equipment, which incudes main zone test, smoke detector test and all other fire point testing. All parts required are chargeable, as agreed prior to service.
Emergency Call out
If you require an urgent call out to refill or replace used or damaged extinguishers all you have to do is call us and we will have a technician at your door within 24 hours if necessary
Comprehensive Service
This service package comprises (Gauge patch, hose/horn seal & tamper indicator) as basic Service but including small spares, discharges and refills within the price, chargeable additions are large spares and new extinguishers.
Total Care Service
The total care package is for the client that requires a full service package at one set cost this package includes (Gauge patch, hose/horn seal & tamper indicator) as comprehensive service but including small spares, discharges and refills within the price, large spares and new extinguishers.
BAFE® (British Approvals for Fire Equipment)
All our engineers complete a BAFE® course and are randomly inspect to ensure the quality of their work meets the standards laid down by the British Standard BS5306-3:2009.
Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) Engineers
All our engineers are regularly Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checked, previously called Criminal Records Bureau (CRB) checked.
